Should I reserve my treatment?
Yes, either phone or visit the clinic to book a reservation at your earliest convenience so we may accommodate your schedule.

When should I arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes before the schedule time to allow for a brief questionnaire to be completed on your first visit. To get the most from your treatment take time to enjoy our organic teas and peaceful atmosphere in the Buddha Lounge.

What if I have special health concerns?
This will be covered in the questionnaire on your initial visit. Please inform us if you are pregnant or have a serious illness when booking your appointment for advice on treatments that are safe to enjoy.

What do I wear during my Massage treatment?
As oils are being used it is advisable not to wear expensive underwear. Choose what is most comfortable for you.

What if I am late for my appointment?
Arriving late will simply limit the time of your treatment, thus lessening the effectiveness and your pleasure time. Your treatment will end on time so the following client is not delayed.

What if I need to cancel a reservation?
We will call you the day before your treatment time to confirm your appointment. The treatments you select are reserved especially for you. Clients will be charged 50% for treatments not cancelled 24 hours in advance and full fee will be charged for no-shows. We ask you please respect our therapist’s commitment to you.

What about payment for treatments?
We accept Cash, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Eftpos.

What about health fund rebates?
Most health funds recognize natural therapies and provide rebates for some treatments such as Remedial, Aromatherapy, Acupuncture & Nutrition. You should contact your Health Fund if you are unsure.  Most of our therapists are recognized by health fund providers; please specify your fund when booking so we can allocate the appropriate therapist to you.
