Liz is a loving and caring lady who believes healing is a journey for each of us to find inner peace and happiness. Her natural compassionate nature means you are always made to feel safe, supported and nurtured. She believes to give is to truly receive.

A treatment is tailored depending on your needs. Liz specialises in Remedial, Craniosacral, Myofascial, Lymphatic Drainage, Aromatherapy, Swedish, Reflexology and Reiki.

It will be an honour and pleasure to help heal your mind, body and spirit.
