Hi there! I’m Crystal from Heart of Hearts Healing and your resident Holistic Kinesiologist here at The Buddha Bar Healing Clinic.
BUT FIRST, what IS Kinesiology?
Kinesiology is the glorious coming together of Traditional Eastern Medicine and Chiropractic Western Medicine. It uses the technique of muscle monitoring and the bodies own innate wisdom to access the core of presenting issues and what treatment or treatments may be required for the best form of healing on a body, mind and spirit level.
So, how do I help you?
I am here to help you feel clear and aligned with who you are and what you are here to do.
I help you get to the core of an issue, deepen the understanding, gain learnings and clear it out swiftly, so there is room for more of what you truly want to experience in your life.
I love helping people open up to their truth, to live a life they LOVE.
