Next is a foot scrub using the Rasayana Detox scrub of Wild Tumeric, Holy Basil and Limbu, washing away all anxieties and stress. Then comes the foot and leg massage, using techniques to stimulate the various marma points or energy centres of the feet and legs with our unique foot blend. Ending with a warm compress on the feet and legs and a luxurious body butter.
Next is the Indian Head Massage, maintaining the old tradition of Champi of India, using the Subtle Energies Indian Hair care blend, leaving you feeling grounded and relaxed yet invigorated.
