What is Osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a successful and safe way of detecting and treating troubled muscles, joints, ligaments and nerves. Your Osteopath will unwind and release compressions, strains and torsions that build up in the body and cause symptoms. When the body is balanced and efficient it will function with energy and vitality.
The diagnostic skills used in osteopathy are based on a precise study of types of “somatic dysfunction”. Here, the pattern of movement of the body’s structures can localise poor function. Most commonly it is the muscles and soft tissues of the body that have become distorted.
