Dynamic Meditation Workshop
Every Monday 6:45pm & Wednesday 6:30pm

  • Each class is designed to elicit deep relaxation for your mind and body.

    We use well researched techniques for anxiety and stress reduction.

    Restorative meditation for a burnt out nervous system, movement and sound techniques alongside mindfulness.

    The classes will usually be set around a particular theme or practice and usually be a blended sequence of different modalities to facilitate an interactive group experience where the aim is to recharge your entire being and connect you with the innate wisdom of your body.

    Whether you are a beginner, or well-practiced in Meditation this is for you & will be fully guided the whole way.
