tHai Yoga, Zenthai shiatsu & Assisted Stretching
Thai Yoga Massage
Thai Yoga massage is a mix of traditional thai massage (massaging, pressure and release of tension around energy lines and points around the body) and stretching techniques to work on the flexibility and improvement of the range of motion around the muscle tissue and fascia.
The goal of thai yoga massage is to restore the energetic flow around the body, to release tension, and to increase the general wellbeing.
Thai yoga massage is performed on the floor level, on a traditional and authentic thai mat, with clothes on.

Zenthai Shiatsu
Zenthai Shiatsu is a holistic bodywork therapy that combines Zen Shiatsu, Thai massage, and osteopathic techniques to restore balance and vitality. It is a movement-based practice that uses a combination of acupressure, stretching, and deep tissue manipulation to release tension, improve mobility, and promote deep relaxation. The therapy addresses musculoskeletal, energetic, and emotional imbalances through mindful touch and rhythmic movement, aiming to alleviate pain and enhance overall well-being.
